France will have 2 0-0 draws with both Italy and Romania, but Italy and romania will have 1-1- and 0-0 so because of the 1 goal scored in their direct match , they will advance. Please note that it's my own interpretation and needs to be confirmed by others. in this case , Italy and romania will advance.
